ANTIBIOCLIC Africa is a clinical decision support tool for managing COVID-19 in West Africa. It is intended for five countries: Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Mali, and Senegal. The tool aims to help clinicians adapt patient care based on clinical signs, relying on local recommendations specific to each country. In the long term, ANTIBIOCLIC Africa also aims to optimize antibiotic prescriptions and contribute to the fight against antibiotic resistance in West Africa, which is a major global health issue.

Thus, on Saturday, November 26, 2022, a meeting was held at the National Institute for Health Worker Training (INFAS) with the hospital interns of Côte d'Ivoire as part of the activities of the ANTIBIOCLIC-AFRICA project to disseminate the Antibioclic Africa tool.

This meeting began with training on antibiotic therapy and then the presentation of the Antibioclic Africa tool: Antibioclic Africa: Rational Antibiotherapy in Primary Care (antibioclic-afrique.com).

This meeting was appreciated by the participants.
