International Women's Rights Day

This year, for the first time, the PAC-CI Management has decided to support our valiant female colleagues and collaborators in celebrating International Women's Rights Day, whose theme this year is: For an inclusive digital world: innovation and technology for gender equality.

Throughout this day, various fun and educational activities will mark the occasion.

Inequalities remain significant worldwide, particularly in the workplace. With 37% of women at PAC-CI, we are still far from parity, but promotions and salaries are made and set solely on merit, and we will strive to maintain this vision.

Firmly focused on scientific engineering with the birth of PRISME-CI, this year's theme fits perfectly within this dynamic of a "digitalized" world.
