Modernization of the PAC-CI Program’s Administration: The IT Department is training management and employees on how to use the Leave and Special Permission Management Application (COPEM).

At the initiative of management, training for PAC-CI staff on the annual leave and special leave management application took place in the N’Dri Yoman Room of the PAC-CI Program on July 19 from 2:10 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

From the outset, Dr. Raoul Moh, the Executive Director, outlined the importance of digitizing certain administrative services, which aims to transform the PAC-CI Program into a modern organization in the short and medium term. This objective requires the creation of tailored software programs to modernize its operations.

Thus, Mr. Evane Soumaila, a web/mobile developer in the IT Department, provided training during his presentation to both management and staff on how to use COPEM; with the aim of facilitating the flow of information through the various levels of the hierarchy and enabling the rapid approval of requests for leave and special permissions.

Since no human endeavor is perfect, the recommendations made by the participants will enable the IT Department to improve COPEM before its implementation on August 1, 2024.
