To ensure the quality of these evaluations and maximize each employee’s potential, it is crucial to invest in employee evaluation training.
It was in this context that the PAC-CI program’s human resources performance evaluation training was held. This training was conducted by CIDH Consulting, a firm affiliated with the Professional Training Development Fund (FDFP).
