Training programs for managers of the various departments within the PAC-CI PROGRAM.

As of Wednesday, September 6, 2023, the PAC-CI PROGRAM Management has launched two training programs for the heads of the various departments within the PAC-CI PROGRAM. These training programs cover:

• Business Management and Administration (Communication)

• Budget Management

Management and budget management are two closely related areas in the operation and development of businesses.These training sessions cover all management and administrative techniques within an organization. The sessions, which will run through September 15, will equip participants to manage, organize, lead, monitor, and plan the company’s various activities.
