To assess the effectiveness of several specific treatments in preventing the progression of SARS-CoV-2 infection to severe disease (requiring oxygen or resulting in death) in adults aged 40 years and older or with comorbidities (known obesity, hypertension, or diabetes) in sub-Saharan Africa.
