Objectives
Main Objectives
To evaluate the virologic efficacy, at week 48 and at the 200 copies/mL threshold, of a first-line antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimen based on dolutegravir (DTG) as a follow-up to a first-line regimen based on non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) under real-world conditions in national programs in the Global South, among patients infected with HIV-1.
