The TB-Speed consortium, led by the University of Bordeaux, organized the final presentation of the TB-Speed project results in Maputo, Mozambique, on June 9 and 10, 2022.
This project, which aims to reduce tuberculosis mortality in children by improving diagnosis, was implemented between 2017 and 2022 in seven countries with a high incidence of tuberculosis and limited resources: Cambodia, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia.
One of the recommendations from the Maputo meeting is that each country in the consortium must organize the presentation of the project results, which they fully participated in. This is to discuss with partners and key stakeholders in the fight against tuberculosis the use of the project results for a change in health policy regarding the diagnosis of pediatric tuberculosis.

It is in this spirit that Côte d'Ivoire, which participated in this important project, decided to proceed with the presentation of its results.
